Can anyone tell me how to request funds from Google Affiliates (not Google Adsense). There is over $100.00 sitting in the account and can't figure out how to request the money. Appreciate any guidance.
I haven't used the GAN I'm afraid. However from a quick look online, I think maybe you need to link it to Adsense to cash out?
