May I share the same hub more than once? If yes, how frequently?

There is no limit on sharing your hubs with followers, but if you keep sharing the same hub often people may not like their feeds filling up with just your hubs... there have been a couple of discussions about this in the forums.. and if I remember rightly people did express their unhappiness with the frequent sharing of hubs..by the same hubber.
I block those I don't want to see in my feed , that is another possibility.
