I know that pay out limit at hub pages is now reduced to $50 only. i crossed it long back. Still I have not recived my payment. I have my active pay pal account and Google has recognized it. Still why this happens?
HUBPAGES earnings program will pay at $50 - in the month following that in which you reached the limit. They deposit via paypal on the 21st approx of the following month.
ADSENSE will not pay till you have $100 (US) or often higher amounts in other countries. You also need to have verified via the code they send you in the mail and they pay by cheque or bank deposit.
