how can i change the address, because there mine is a violation

The article you are looking for is no longer published. The author may have chosen to unpublish it, or it may have been unpublished by a moderater because of a violation of HubPages rules.
The hub is not published....
Just looking at the URL, I don't think you're actually allowed to create URLs or Titles in ALL CAPS. It's unprofessional and isn't proper etiquette for the online world.
So, since it's unpublished, I suggest you create a new hub with a new title and URL, and then transfer the contents of the unpublished hub to the new hub, then delete the original hub.
my title are edited and then changed to lower case letters. But i can't do it again, i leave there
