That all depends on traffic flow to your Hub. There are lots of variables so there's no concrete answer. Stats here update a few times per day.
Your own views are counted, so be mindful of that if you have a tendency to visit your own pages.
Hub views are on a rotating/continuous 24 hour clock and at times are updated once or twice an hour. Some people have measured it at 20 minutes and some have measured it at 30 minutes.
However, if you are watching your statistics page, then you are not writing content or being productive in other ways.
