I have eight published Hubs, and a total of 315 views. Do you think that it would be worthwhile for me to apply for Adsense and Amazon now, or should I publish some more Hubs? If so, how many more should I publish?
The most important thing to do is read the AdSense terms of service for your home country and see if there any conditions of service that you aren't meeting.
Breaking down your total views for the time frame and number of Hubs, you are only averaging about 5-6 pageviews per month per Hub, which in the scheme of internet traffic numbers is barely any traffic. However only AdSense can make the determination of whether or not they consider you to have established a significant web presence, but if they don't think you have yet, you'll get rejected.
