I will be somewhere other than here. Hopefully happily living with the love of my life somewhere far, far away.
No really. Kentucky is really far away.

Good luck with NY. You have 11 months to go.

I ran it in 94. It was the 25th.

I think we are in a simular situation. Today is day 49 for me. I am aiming for the Málaga marathon in 2013. But I´ll run a few races and even some other marathons as a prep.

If day one of 2012 is any indication I will spend my year writing. Although I am doing well with Search engine optimization (SEO) elsewhere, for hub pages other than in obscure niches I am not ranking well.

My first four hours of the new year were spent writing two articles. One is published on militaryentrepreneur.org the other is awaiting more (SEO). There are many articles I have written elsewhere where they rank higher which now lead to my hubs. The article written this morning is one of them.

This will be a year of giving back. My areas of expertise are business and military, I have found a way to tie them together and hope to do well helping people in the military and veterans learn to earn online.

From a very rocky start I am doing well with the corporation. The year 2011 was a year of learning, 2012 will be a year of putting everything learned to good use. Believe me Thomas Edison has nothing on me.

Someone told me I need to write an article on what doesn't work. This is under consideration. More than likely that would be a best seller.

My husband and I hope to sell our current house and begin building our dream house in 2012.  The goal is to be in the house by December 2012, just in time for Christmas!!

Oh oh.  My son is buying his first home; closing was Dec. 29 and they were to move in by the 1st.

Unfortunately they forgot that wire transfers for their down payment don't happen instantly; it takes a couple of days.  They closed, but can't move until the 3rd or 4th.  A bummer, but at least they got through closing.

May you have better luck (and memory!).

Why should 2012 be any different from any other year? Why is it a big year?

I shall just go on doing what I want to do and try hard to remember I need to change the number of the year when I date things.

The calendar is a totally artificial and meaningless construct, which I do not permit to rule my life.
