OK, now that I have more or less figured out the main capsules and copywriting images, I´ll strive for 2 a week (for now).
Sounds good. If I don't set goals, I don't get much done, lol.
Goals are always good to set once you set yourself a 'rhythm' you'll find fun can get mixed in too time management and excellent self-discipline are great qualities too set one day to write, another day to promote, another day for research, all goes well.
I write a lot in January, because the snow drives us indoors. 2 hubs per week sounds like a great goal! I learned as I went along, and have tweaked or deleted old hubs that weren't performing. I still have a few old ones to fix.

I wouldn´t call it a new year´s resolution, just a target. I´m very goal-oriented. I use a lot of small milestones to guide me to my larger objectives.
