A Hubber I have known for about 2 years has been getting lots of "substandard" notices when she posts and as she is not getting any responses to emails she sends. It is frustrating for her. I know Hubpages had a bug sometime, which was affecting many articles and we were asked to notify you via email.
Is there an alternative email?
Thanks for any responses. I have asked her to follow this post up.
In the thread where hello, hello was writing about her substandard problems, one of the moderators replied and said how they will not respond when a Hub user continually writes to them with the same questions over and over after they have responded to that person.
So that's her problem with not getting a response, not the email address she's using. Not only that but various Hub users have identified why her Hubs are now considered substandard in the post-Panda web world.
Ok. Thanks Relache.
I just wanted to be of help, as she said she wanted to leave HP.
I appreciate your response.

I have a hub that is doing well (at least for me, as a beginner), but is not monetized because it has one swear word in it. I have written the team twice asking them if they would look at it and remove the filter. They...

Want to see some amazing low quality hubs? Go to the top of the page, click hubbers, then click "latest". There will be a few good ones but at least half are spam and many hubs are just a few sentences, often...
