My hubs are not containing any prohibited subject then why my hubs are not published? And i face this problem? I'm getting a message which i link as a image.

I had to zoom in to see this. It says your article is linked to a Prohibited Site. Maybe try removing all links and see what happens.
Also, I believe it takes time to have them republished.
If your articles are totally original, written by you and unique to HubPages and you fix the links I'm sure they will republish it.
