I tripped the content filters.

A query out of curiosity. My newest hub has tripped the content filter. I'm not terribly surprised - it discusses legalizing pornography, though in an oblique, tongue-in-cheek way. It's not in itself pornographic.

It's had its ads stripped - which is of no consequence, since I didn't post it to make money - but I'm wondering whether HP is expecting some action from me now, or do I wait to see if it gets unpublished.

I can't revise it - taking everything out that probably tripped the content filter is pointless. I might as well unpublish the hub. But it's a good piece, I think, and deserves to be stay posted.

If anyone feels like taking a look and telling me what they think, I'd appreciate it. It's got the word "Courtesan" in the title. Thanks!

I have one that uses the term "commodity fetishism" and it gets its ads disabled every time I edit it.   Just contact the team and they will enable the ads for you.

Thanks, Brittany! I might do that. Hopefully they won't look at it and take worse action!

I read it and don't think so.  I think you'll be fine.  If it really doesn't go against the ToS, they should not have a problem enabling the ads, but know that if you ever edit it, the content filter will flag it again.  You will have to contact them again and they will happily enable them.

Ugh. Then I'll wait to talk to them until after I edit it for the last time, which I'll have to do to add a link next time I post. Thanks for your help!

No problem!  I know its frustrating.  I wish they could deem some hubs immune to the auto filters, but I can see why they wouldn't do that.
