Hub with broken link that's not broken?

    Hey Staff,

    I've a message telling me that there's a broken link in one of my hubs. The hub is below.

    It's a video link to YouTube and it's telling me that it doesn't work. However, in edit mode and outside of edit mode, this link works perfectly fine.

    So, what's up with that?

    Please check into this matter.

      I had a broken link message and wrote to HP staff.

      This is what they said to do

      Hi Deborah,

      You can click the black triangle warning icon to the right of your Hub's title (in your "My Account" section).

      Click "retest" or "ignore" to clear the warning.

      Hope this helps.

      When I clicked "ignore" it went away.

      Cagsil, I think Debby Bruck wrote a hub on how to fix that you could try it until HP staff fixes the problem permanently.

    I had the same thing happen. I ended up going back to You Tube and getting a different number for the same video and it worked again. You might try that.

    Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I deleted the video capsule and then added it again, and used the same YouTube video. Works fine now smile

    Just happened to me again. Must be something up with HP today. The pilot is watching playoff games and not driving the website.

    I tried Deborah Sexton's advice above and it worked perfectly, so, thanks Deborah.
