I am receiving an error message when trying to create a Hub. Is anyone else?
It says "We're sorry, there seems to be something very wrong with our servers. Please try again. If it still does not work, please contact technical support."
I changed my title and it worked finally. It apparently didn't like punctuation.

I can't get pass through the funny characters that you have to type after creating the title and the tags. I followed the guide on enabling cookies and I still can't make it to the next page - hence I can't create...
