how many times have you rewritten your own articles for other sites?
How many times you were able to re- do the same article?
I generally don't. I find that if I have to rewrite something, it's stressful to have to think of different words and have slightly different information. I also don't see the need. If I get to the top of Google, I've got one article there, I don't need anymore.
I used to do this to build backlinks. I would write my HubPages, then rewrite them twice. One copy went out to Ezine and the other to Squidoo, both linking back to my hubs. I quit that when I figured out I got way more backlinks way faster just by posting to forums.
