Split Report a Problem and Suggest a New Feature into two forums

    I'd like to suggest this forum be split, and a new forum be created specifically for "Report a Problem".

    The reason?  HubPages has no help desk system, so the only way to report a problem is to either email team @ HubPages or post on this forum.

    Recently, posting on this forum has stopped working because staff are neglecting it.  That's short-sighted, because the result is people have to email instead - and if it's a site-wide glitch, that means many Hubbers sending emails about the same problem, causing needless work for the team. 

    HubPages' original solution - having a forum where Hubbers could post, have easy problems solved by other Hubbers and difficult ones picked up by a Hub staffer - is a far more efficient system.  So it would make a lot of sense for HubPages to monitor it.

    If the problem is keeping up with the number of posts, then let's separate "Report a Problem" from "Suggest a New Feature", so the moderator doesn't have to waste his/her time reading through threads that aren't relevant to the job in hand.
