I've been trying to get into my Amazon Associates account for a week now without success. All I get when I try is the account for non-associates. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, and their messages to me always take me back to the non-associates account which demands a product number that I, of course, do not have. I am at a loss as to what to do.
Have you contacted their tech support/customer service? They would be the people best able to assist you.
I tried to contact them, relache, but I can't get through to them because they insist that I put a product number in one of the boxes. They've got me so confused that I'm not sure what my user name and passwords are for the affiliate account.
