Woman suing, saying her civil rights were violated. Don't disagree with her freedom to sue for what she perceives as an injury, but any one with a lick of sense knows NYC doesn't have that kind of money. Obama sent it all to Rahm in Chicago!
There are dollar amounts already set so the number is meaningless.
