Women have a lot to say! Haven't you noticed? The next time you see a couple walking together, watch who is doing the talking, gesturing, leaning in, facial expressions, and who is looking straight ahead like they are dealing with information overload. That will give you some idea.

She comes from Argentina and is an awesome artist and poet... I'm not sure if she still has a page here.. she got bullied here.. badly and started writing elsewhere under several successful names.  She pretended to be a guy.. to prove that female avatars got more fans.. and she was right.

She was pretty gutsy and stood up for herself alright.. but you had to appreciate her underlying sense of humor and intellect.. there still is a lot of animosity between UK and Argentina over the Faulklands war!  For her though the bullying she got was absolutely disgusting and I saw many copies of abusive emails from more than one 'popular' hubber and forum troll here.

I wondered what happened to Tantrum!  Perhaps she did the correct thing by going elsewhere.  I'm considering doing the same since I've been getting banned from the forums every week or so.  Apparently there is a flagging group following me around and reporting almost everything even remotely suspicious in my posts.  I wonder who they could be?   lol

I'm glad Tantrum has the good sense to leave when she did and appears to be better off for it!  Tell her I said hello if you converse with her occasionally.  smile

That's why I put the supposed posts on another forum so others could perhaps give me a clue as to what I said.  I finally received an answer to my query about this but I still fail to find the supposed personal attacks in the forum posts they alluded to.

And the mods never gave me any reason as to how I was "mistakenly banned" for 4 weeks!  lol  How could that happen?  I'm presently open for any possible scenarios anyone may have.  If I don't respond you'll know the reason why!  yikes

Coincidence?  What do you think?  yikes

We live in a male dominated society where the males are expected to earn a regular income. In order a earn a good online income regularly, it takes some time so mostly males depend on office jobs or business than writing online. Whereas there are no such restrictions (mostly) for females to be breadwinners for the family and may have more time to spend on online writing.

That sounds about right to me.

Contrary to popular opinion, a whole lot of women are earning livelihoods for themselves and their families out there, and a whole lot of others are contributing to one degree or another.  I'm not sure the implied message that women just have a whole lot time to waste and fool around online is very accurate.)

Here's another theory:  Women are far better managers of time, and far more able to squeeze three or four different "full-time" endeavors into one day; and when they're done, and have a couple of hours of time just for themselves (once every few days or few weeks) they're then industrious enough, and smart enough, to use that spare time in a way that makes them money while also aiming to fulfill the aim of sharing something worthwhile with the world (even that's only offering someone an entertaining read, a laugh, or a tip on how to get wine stains out of a tablecloth).

...but don't listen to me.  I'm just a guy pretending to be a woman (because, after all, God knows that women have such an easy time getting people to take them seriously and pay attention to what they have to say).   (Hmmm.   Maybe I'm pretending to be the wrong kind of woman.  Back to the drawing board on that  "alter-ego Hubber identity" thing, I guess...)

    Oh, well... that's easy!

Because we love to talk, and if you kidnap us and lock us in the bathroom we'll probably start talking to our own reflection in the mirror. If there is no mirror we can always talk to our own shadow for hours on end. And if we are at home, and have no one to talk to, and have access to the internet, we'll use our fingers to "talk" with strangers because the world needs to finally understand that women make more sense than men. big_smile There you have it! I said it! big_smile big_smile big_smile Now let me get my shield and sword!

S-N-O-R-E!  Does it really, really matter?  Most of us write, so why keep tabs on the men/women thing?  It gets older than them thar hills. Didn't you know that people can be anybody online?  You don't know who you are dealing with.  With a question like this, it sounds like you're bucking for an accolade, Bud.  Or you are hard up for some online attention!  I suggest you be more creative with your questions.  Writers are known for being creative, you know.
