I have just started with Hub Pages, publishing only one hub so far. I have gone thru the steps to create an Ad Program account, but my Earnings Program Settings still show the Ad Program status as "inactive."
Do I need to publish more hubs before my status will be changed to "active?" I know this is the case for the Google AdSense program.
Please advise me if there's something else I need to do to activate the Ad Program. The system is telling me my application for the Ad Program is complete.
Welcome to hubpages. May be you can wait for some days for activation. For any hubber getting activated in ad program ,minimum one hub should have been published. Meantime check for the traffic. Hope this link may assist you.

Just double checking. I'm running the in-house HP Ad Program off Google Adsence. There is nothing to configure and tinker with as far as activating niche sites or anything of that nature in the program right?

I was just wondering how successful people are with the Hubpages ad program and if anyone had managed to make payout in one day yet. I have yet to earn over $5 in one day from the ad program. How about everyone else?
