This must have been mentioned before so first I must apologize - I did not see it. When replying to a comment, it would be nice to be able to add photos.
I like the new comments with the approve and then the reply but adding a photo sometimes might be nice.
I see that Twitter has added photos and perhaps IF we added photos to our comments the Google search engine might find this more favorable.
I absolutely do not want people posting stuff in my comments. Let's reserve the photo commenting for the forums. I don't approve links so I would definitely not approve photos. I think posting photos in the comments would
(1) take away the professional appearance that some people try to maintain
(2) distract the visitor from the real article or original photos on my article
(3) look too messy
Look at how much mess it's added to the question/answer section.

If I view my account's Comments page, it's easy to view, approve and respond to unapproved comments. However, if I go to a new comment in one of my hubs and click Approve, I cannot reply to it directly on the comment....

Do you approve all comments on your hubs, even if every third word is a swear word? I'm just wondering if it's normal to do so or if it's normal to just delete it.

Maybe I'm just not understanding something (which is entirely possible). Readers make comments and the authors have a choice to 'approve' or 'deny' the comments. And I like to reply to those that comment......
