There are some serious issues I think with the text box, especially when applying the formats.
Sometimes when I highlight text to make it a header 2, it makes the paragraph directly below it also header 2. And then, when I highlight the paragraph below to "paragraph" it doesn't convert. But, if I convert the paragraph to say header 3, and then convert back to paragraph it will make it normal again.
I think there have been some glitches with the text boxes. I wanted to add that while reading a hub a few minutes ago I am seeing the caption text that should only appear in edit mode. See below.
