HubPages TOS state that hubs must be original and basically not found anywhere else. This was done to better the site's ranks and your own with search engines and Google since this giant frowns upon duplicated content.
You may however, make changes to your hub and then publish it somewhere else also. But the changes must be substantial enough not to trigger the automatic filters that crawl content in search of duplication......
