It is all about the opening paragraph. I suggest you warn your audience about the importance of special characters. For example, "When you prepare an URL, keep it as simple as possible. Get in a key word, but do not get fancy. The simpler the URL, the more likely it is to be found.
However, as with most things, there are some variations and tricks you can do to improve your visibility.
Then go into WHat Hub pages do with special characters, and go on through your Hub. Examine your sentences. Sometimes, when a word has to be repeated within the sentence, it is better to make two sentences.
You have gotten some good responses, but I believe a small makeover will improve your traffic.
I will make these much needed changes.

After I create an image caption, special characters are removed.For example, an image caption containing the words: Hősök tereBecome: Hsk tereHowever, the term Hősök tere remains as is elsewhere in my hub.
