I'm really new to the internet when it comes to publishing and such. So, I'm wondering where is the best places to get pictures and what the rules are in using them in our hubs. Using my very own pictures are obviously the best option, but there are some nice ones I find and want to know if I have to ask permission or just use them and give them credit or what?
I would appreciate any help from all you experienced hubbers out there.
Thank you, from this baby hubber.
I am into graphic design and have found the flickr is a great source for photos. You can read about the legal usage of photos here. It is what I typically use.
Usually, people just want credit for the photo.
stock exchange has some decent stock photography that is free to use. If you are serious about the web or using images you may benefit from buying a monthly subscription to a stock photo site. Just a thought.
