I think it's achievable. Afterall that would amount to approx 7100 people a day (220, 000/31). If he has enough Hubs and gets the traffic then it's not impossible. He'd have to be ranking for keywords in search engines though for it to be unique views rather than just page views.
Is he using Google analytics to figure out that it's unique views rather than page views?
What was the story? I guess it was deleted.
Well I saw that Story.....
And it also said....
"The Sky is Falling! The Sky is Falling! The Sky is Falling!"...
So I run away and all I could hear in my head was...
"The Sky is Falling! The Sky is Falling! The Sky is Falling!"
And when I felt safe under my bed......
I realized that I had missed the end of that story completely! So thank you for sharing the news! Did you happen to find out if the Sky Fell?
This might help.

I'd believe it if the stats were page views, not unique visitors.
Your friend seems to tell you a lot of things that you don't believe...
I just checked Snopes. It says her friend is a dirty liar.
But in seriousness, CJ, you're posting rumors that you've apparently heard anecdotally from one person, and you've provided no further information or links. I don't see how anyone could evaluate the veracity of these claims.
I know some people have got that many views on one hub per month. So I think it is possible, however it would take a lot of work (or a LOT of luck).

I looked into my Analytics and it said I had an XXX amount of unique visitors(for this day). I am not sure if I am allowed to say how many(tell me if I am wrong), but I am extremely surprised how big the number was.(for me anyway)Why are my google adsense page impressions about 50% lower than my...

Is it true that analytics software counts unique visitors once, no matter how many pages they view? When unique visitors come to your web-page, they get counted as only one view no matter how many pages they view or how many times they visit, this is according to what I have read on the subject. I...

Before starting here at Hubpages around 11 weeks ago, I was quite active at myLot, which is another honest site that really paid me well. In between I tried my hand in paid to click programmes and paid to read email programmes, which did not give the satisfaction Hubpages gave me. Here's a new hub...

Some hubbers may wonder why I have asked such a question because on many forums Google Analytics is regarded highly. Today I spent about two hours or more on Google Analytics website and I felt like I had been swimming off Louisiana. I emerged covered with the oil of information[I empathize with...

I'm having fun exploring my Google Analytics. However, I'm confused about the difference between unique and new visitors. I did a Google search and clicked on a few articles that seemed complicated and I lacked the patience or brain power to comprehend it. Does someone have a simplified...

How is it that a hub on the 'common mistakes new hubbers make' can suddenly become not featured, in spite of the fact it has had 9 views in a day, 24 views in 7 days and 35 views in the last 30 days? I only replied to comments on it both 42 hours ago and 22 hours ago (from two different hubbers)....
