Do you have it written down somewhere or printed in your head, exactly what you're going to do today?
What hub you will publish?
How much time you will spend on the forums today?
How many hubs you plan to read?
No. I am involved in so many things (study, kids, my own websites, writing groups and community support) that I have a year long plan.
What happens in that year will vary based on things like illness, time, new opportunities and money.
While I have a general idea what I'll be doing, I deliberately don't make hard and fast plans. I like the ease of working in that way, and find that I get more done.
I generally have an idea of what I'm going to say in a Hub. But I don't tend to make solid plans or stick to schedules. I like working that way, as it gives you more freedom and pleasure in doing your work.
