I have applied to the ebay program but havent been accepted yet. Until then what will happen to the ebay capsules on my hubs, will they still earn me revenue?
I would keep them active, so when the Ebay clicks in with an approval, you have things already set up. It takes Ebay some time. Even with myself, with an established Ebay account, it took days... Be patient.
No. But you can be sure HP will if anyone buys anything.
