    I'm disappointed nothing of mines every got chosen during my 3wks of being new on hubpages. I have written over 30 hubs and have not even been a nominee. They should allow for more ways to win recognition and rewards for hubbers like me.

    I wouldn't worry about it Browneesorchids, I was never nominated either, as well as many other hubbers. That is not why we are here, and should not be a determining factor for writing. Just keep doing your best to improve your skills and you will derive a lot more satisfaction and recognition that way.

       That isn't the reason why I'm hear and posting myy poems for all to read. Poems are personal for me and have great value in my life. Touching others and inspiring with my words and style, but hubpages does advertise to the public and foremost how you can write for them, and gain an income. So I must say that was one reason why I am here.
