Please give me a step by step process for the same. I tried to but it was rejected by google. I dont have an adsense account. But for Hubpages I wanted to have but couldn't.
You need a Google Adsense account.
Go and start a blog on Blogger, and apply using that. Google owns Blogger, so they tend to approve you quickly.
When you have an Adsense ID, you just paste it in at HubPages, under "Affiliate Settings".
