I have just published a hub as always but today instead of saying it's been published;it says that it has been submitted and will be published as soon as someone has reviewed it. Is this a new feature or not ??
I did the 10-10-10 challenge, and I never saw this. I have no idea. It would be interesting to find out.
I encountered the same problem. I submitted for publication a new hub. The title is "Can we stop or deviate a Hurricane" but when I checked my account, it showed the previous figures, no mention of my new hub. Please someone guide as to what has happened to my new hub.
Could this be a result of the specific topic of the new Hub?
I have seen this when the HP staff rejects the original submit and they need to review the hub again for a subsequent submit...cheers and good luck

Hello,I just posted my second hub. (on 12/31) I want to keep the same date. How can I edit without changing the date? Or there is no such feature? Yukiko

I find it kind of ridiculous that I have been waiting for a couple weeks now for one of my hubpages to be published. What was the longest time you have ever had it take to get a hubpage to publish?
