The ribbon at the top when logged-in reads "explore..." When trying to pull-down the descending navigational tabs, they appear only until I try to move my mouse to catch one. I've tried many sequences and routes, but can't see a pattern. Once in awhile it works, just not sure how, but speed is involved. This problem is relatively recent. I am using Chrome.
If it is not what Jason has suggested, sometimes clearing your browser cache will solve the problem as well. It has for me in the past on Firefox and on Chrome.

I've never had this problem before and have always used Chrome. I try to upload a photo or other image from my saved files and the Hubpages uploader can't do it. This is driving me nuts! Anyone got any answers? Please??...

I am a new member and I have been trying to upload a picture from my computer with my first hub. I have been doing everything right making it jpeg etc etc and it just will not load and I keep getting the message...
