They don't need to disclose who, just were and what hubs have votes down and up. Have bad feedback stats so we can improve our score as well as our writings. Which will ultimately bring more traffic to Hubpages based on having better writers and materiel.
Possibly adding stats on votes and adding more feedback options.

We used to see stats for up and down votes.
They used to cause all kinds of trouble as Hubbers posted on the forums, accusing other Hubbers of waging campaigns against them, etc.
Then HubPages explained that the up and down votes have no real value, and they stopped reporting them.
It still beats me why they didn't just get rid of them.

I've see a suggestion that this will be a "perk" of the revamped apprenticeship program.I don't think this kind of feedback should be a perk, it is something that could be really valuable in helping all of us...
