May 28, my first Hub published in 2007 was unpublished.

   There were ebay capsules and two hyperlinks to download the freeware. I removed all the ebay capsules and the two hyperlinks too. Now my Hubpage is empty, no ebay capsules, and no hyperlinks.
   I fixed the problem and contacted the Hubpages team, Hubpages team did not replied to my message but I received two new email messages same as the first one.
   There are no Overly Promotional links to one single domain; actually, there are no links at all. Now I do not know who keeps on sending me these emails without even checking my Hub.
   
   I received the following email message. Copy of email message I received three times.

      I had a warning once that I had too many links to one site. I couldn't see where. A staffer looked and found I had managed to load several identical links into the same piece of text.
      
      This was when I was still learning how to use the site!
      
      I have learned from that mistake. Maybe delete the links completely and redo next time.
      
      Also does your hub fall into this category?: Solely or excessively promotes another site.
      
      It does not have to be your own site, I am guessing.

         There were no Overly Promotional links to a single domain more than two times. However, there were only two links to two different websites for a freeware download.
         Now there are no hyperlinks at all and I deleted all the ebay capsules too but my Hub is still unpublished.
         My Hubs bring lots of organic traffic to Hubpages, last month Hubpages page view hit the million page views.
         There is nothing else I can change now because I already submitted the Hub two times after corrections.

      You say you contacted the team - did you actually resubmit the Hub?
      
      I'm wondering if they're sending you the same message because you're not following the instructions to resubmit in the correct manner.

         Well I followed Hubpage team instructions step by step. I sent the message after I resubmitted the Hub, no reply to my email message but a new email with the same message.
         I made more changes and resubmitted but I received two more new messages and still no reply to my email message. After my second submission, my Hub is still unpublished and this time I left it like that because there is nothing I can change.
         How can my Hub be Overly Promotional, when there are no hyperlinks links at all now?  I deleted all the ebay capsules too.
