How to publish a Hubtitle properly?

Sometimes I doubt my punctation and spelling in titles.

Would I be publishing this title correctly this way?

To my Birthmum: I Know You Loved Me. One Day We'll Meet!

Escobana, your title you have a colon vs. semi-colon. Colons are used before you are about to list something. Semi-colons are used to avoid run on sentence, much like a comma. If this was my title, I would write it much like this.

To My Birthmum; I know you loved me. One day we'll meet!

    Be careful.

Hubs have been unpublished in the past if they are too(or overly) personal.

You're absolutely right. I got a warning once for that same reason and had to adjust my Hub. However all of my Hubs are personal because my personal story ads to the informative content they always have.

Though it's not like a blog but a way to make readers feel what my topic is about.
