I am unable to publish my hub because it says that the video is still processing; however, it's said that for the past 2 hours now...this seems a little long for a 3 and a half minute video to be processed...am I right?
You'll have to contact HP support - there is a problem uploading videos occasionally. What worked for me was to re-upload it with a slightly different name!

I uploaded a video to create a video hub yesterday, and it is still "formatting" almost 24 hours later. My other videos have formatted a bit faster than this one - is there a problem with the video formatting...

Hey everyone! Thanks for pointing out the issues with uploading videos. It looks like the most recent videos that are being uploaded are stuck processing indefinitely. We're aware of the problem and are working on it....
