I had no idea, when I got up this morning, that I was going to create and write a recipe today. Here's my link for; "Tahitian Vanilla and Macadamia Nut French Toast with Coconut Syrup". This is my first recipe hub, and my first contest to enter since I started five weeks ago. I'm excited!

Hi Simone, I just posted a recipe for a super-nutritious salad. We like to call it Avocado 3-6-9 Salad, as it has omega oil in it. Though the recipe contains a lot of fat from the avocados and the oil, it is primarily the good unsaturated kind. Also an excellent source of Vitamin C:
I think this will be my last contest entry. We are getting too fat with me cooking so much all at once. I think, though, that Hubby has been enjoying this. I think he wouldn't mind if this contest lasted a year. I've made things this month I haven''t made for a long time.
I submitted my first entry today. This is based on a meal I made for me and the kids just two days ago. I am proud that I was able to upload my first video. It's a little shaky, but I was cooking and trying to hold a hand-held camera while doing actions like opening an oven.
Hopefully I will have some success with this contest. And I hope to publish some more recipe hubs!
recipe for making marshmallows. The first time you try it, hopefully you will get it right. Why I chose this is because I didn't see any other hub on this recipe... am I talking too much? maybe that's because of nervousness..waiting for some comments.

It's quick to put together then you just stick it in the oven for a couple of hours while you do prepare the rest of your meal. Hope you like it.
