Why was the first topic (http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/98658) closed when my problem wasn't solved ?
this is my message :
I read every section of the ToS. I wasn't linking to any sites on some hubs and still got the "overly promotional".
Nobody responded to me by e-mail.
"Wazman, if your Hub or Question has been moderated, please refer to the email that was sent to you for further explanation."
I just said that I haven't received any e-mail whatsoever.
Why was the topic closed when my problem wasn't solved ?
