It would be cool to have a checklist when writing a hub, containing like best practice type stuff.

Here are suggestions to make your hub really stand out (or something)
[ ] Search friendly title ? ------ the question mark would be a hover thing like "wth does search friendly title mean? Here's what!"

    [ ] A photo ?

    [ ] x amount of words ?
It could be an automatic or manual checklist depending on what's on the list. (Obviously something like word count could be automatic, but something like... hmmm "properly attributed image" would more than likely have to be manual. You've got good programmers, I'm sure, but they're not magicians.)

I mean, the list could go on, but I was thinking a checklist might get more people to be like... "oh, wow, what does search friendly mean?" and perhaps delve a little deeper into the learning center or something. Just an idea. Plus, I really like lists.

I like your idea!  I have my own checklist before I publish.  If I don't check myself, I will forget the summary or something else.

This is a great idea, Melbel. A good check list of best practices would really go a long way to increasing overall Hub quality.

Added to our queue to work on later this year.
