Most likely. I don't think they will ban anyone without reason. But, then again, I've seen people end up with banned accounts for what would appear to be no reason. However, since I don't have access to Staff and am not on the Staff, I don't actually know 'why' anyone would have a banned account.

justification? If not like me. Someone can arbitrarily ban anyone for unjustified reason! What is the mean of defense for someone that is banned? Why can't he/she face a trial? Are we a microcosm of democracy or not?
