Or is Hubpages going to fix this?
This is just one hub, but all hubs are doing this:
According to hubpages - I have no broken links (NOT!)
On the hub
http://ptosis.hubpages.com/hub/addictivepersonality
I have a link on this hub to other hub such as
http://hubpages/_0812/hub/liarliar
and it is redirected to a search
I go to my account pages and the hub is now
http://ptosis.hubpages.com/hub/liarliar
I can fix links to my own hubs but for other hubbers hubs it would be painstakingly long to search because the old link won't be found with the url such as
http://hubpages/_0812/hub/Emotional-Abuse
I looked up in HP search
Emotional-Abuse
and I got this for results in hub search:
http://lauradutoit.hubpages.com/hub/Emotional-Abuse
So I know it's the right hub. Is Hubpages saying that I have to back and check and fix every single lousy link because according to Hubpages there are "no broken links" and no hubs with the black triangle and exclamation point in my stats page?
That would take a VERY LONG TIME to fix one by one by hand.
I'm beginning to hate this new hub format with no button to ask you a question. I'm stuck like chuck: I made a referral:
http://hubpages.com/_OU812/user/new/
It works, but - for some stinking reason on all my old hubs with links to other hubs (Mine & others), the old links do not work!
On the hub
http://ptosis.hubpages.com/hub/addictivepersonality
I have a link on this hub to other hub such as
http://hubpages/_0812/hub/liarliar
and it is redirected to a search
I go to my account pages and the hub is now

So I guess I would have to change my trackers also?
Maybe I screwed up by putting my tracker on my other hub?
but it's the same for other hubbers' hubs
I'm not surprised, because there is no such site as hubpages. There is only hubpages.com!
When we switched to sub-domains, all Hubs went from being "hubpages.com/hub/hubname" to "yourname.hubpages.com/hub/hubnmame". The old URL is automatically redirected to the other, so there's no need to update those links - provided you got them right in the first place. But yes, you did screw up - it looks like you've been forgetting to include the ".com" in HubPages's name, so I'm surprised you haven't had a problem before.
Having said that, if I paste that link into my browser, it does manage to reach your Hub.
OK. will do. But I guess the feature to check broken link does not include forgetting to put the .com in because it says I have none. That's why never fixed in 2 years, had no notice of
"Broken Links
If you see this icon next to one of your Hubs above, this means that we have detected at least one link or video in your Hub that is broken. Please edit the Hub to see which links and/or videos we have detected to be broken, so you can fix them."

Yet on every single hub that I've made in the past 2 years: ALL links have had the .com removed. Why?

Post them in here. Please don't post them in other threads, or start multiple threads for individual hubs, as it will quickly fill up the sub-forum and make it harder for people to offer advice when help is being sort. So, post links in this thread. Nowhere else. Thanks!

I have been on hubpages for two months. I have read multiple articles on SEO and backlinking. Ninety percent of my hubs do not have backlinking. But I choose for a while to say no backlinking. It was "different" I thought and "original". ...

Very disappointing indeed but, can you guys here suggest some tips in improving hits? I don't want to spam my facebook...

Hey,I just finished a hub on mortgage applications. It's a subject I know a bit about, but I don't have nearly as much of an online presence in the subject of finances as I do in other areas (e.g. my last hub on lock picking). I was thinking it would be cool if we all got together...
