Kaizen in Japanese means continuous improvement . This Japanese concept has changed the way people do manufacturing . Kaizen involves the employees for suggestions and they are the one who implement it . This is a way where gradual improvements are carried out with significant results .Kaizen lays importance on small improvement rather any dramatic changes .
