The Littlest Squid Angel

Once upon a time the biggest Squid Angels were getting ready to go out Blessing worthy lenses. They all looked majestic, with huge wings and regal demanors. Bumbling after them came the littlest Squid Angel. "Wait for me!" She squeaked. Littlest then tripped over her robe and her halo went flying. Right into the forehead of a Squid Angel so powerful s/he was only known as Metatron.

Can this klutzy young one ever be a big Squid Angel? Were the other Angels right to laugh behind their hands when she promptly flew into her first lens and dinged it in her excitement? Read on to find out!

Littlest Squid Angel feels a lot like the Littlest Angel. Neither one is too sure how they got made angels. Neither one really knows what to do. The gifts of the Littlest Squid Angel might seem shabby, but she has a lot of heart.

Her Blessings work as well, even if she can't fly too straight. Maybe she will never fly with the big Squid Angels but she will be the best Littlest Squid Angel she can be. Since she is so little, let's try coaxing her with a song. Maybe if she likes it she will set up a way to Bless you here.

Remember she is really little but Littlest Angel will do her best to fly on over and Bless you. Give her some time as she is really serious about blessing only the best lenses she can find. What Littlest angel Likes

Littlest likes good quality lenses. You don't have to write the next great American novel but write something, OK?

If you are excited, she is too! Show your passion! Littlest Angel wants to love your topic as much as you do.

Clean content. Littlest is really serious about this one. Stay within Squidoo policy.

Shopping lenses! Give her good content and she just loves to see all the pretty things you found.

Pagan lenses. Littleset angel loves ALL religions, but she really loves well-done pro-paganism lenses.

Odd stuff. Wrote about vampires who sing? A two-headed snake? Littleset Angel thinks kooky deserves a Blessing.

What Littlest Doesn't Like

Excessive Profanity She knows humans swear to be colorful and make a point. Just don't overdo it OK?

Hate lenses. Why do you hate so much? Littlest Angel hasn't dinged a soul (on purpose) yet, but you may be the first. UPDATE: As of May 2012 angels can no longer ding a lens.

Spam. The food she loves, but spammy lenses make her sad. She really doesn't like intros that sound like a shopping list. Example "Nike the Goddess, Nike shoes, buy Nikes, my old Nikes..." is not an intro.

Rants, flaming, being a jerk. That only worked for Ed Anger, and you aren't him.

Here's some quick tips from Littlest Angel.

It is OK to visit an angel's lens about being an angel and ask for a blessing, honest! We all wish more would. Littlest Angel is giving you a chance right here for that reason. But it is tacky and rude to just walk up and ask for a blessing in a forum or an angel's bio page. Not so long ago you wouldn't even know which angel blessed you if they chose to remain hidden.

Return the blessings! If you are an angel and get blessed, see if you can't return the favor. Some angels are so busy blessing they don't have time to do anything else. A blessing might encourage her to freshen her content.

Be honestly nice to an angel and you may be blessed. While it is wrong for any angel to shower love on special friends or fans, being honestly friendly will make him want to check out your lenses. Then maybe there will be a blessing for you.

Try to always thank an angel on her bio page. It is also nice to thank people who like your lens too. If for some reason you are gone for months (like a death or illness in the family) she will understand. But if you are here every day and don't thank her? Angels do talk to one another, you know.

Even angels get sad. Some of us just have our wings drooping and our haloes sagging from time to time. That doesn't mean an angel doesn't like you, OK? Example, I lost both my parents within the last two years. I am not the happy angel I would have been had fate been kinder. But I still care and try to do my best. So don't feel sad if I or an other angel is slow to respond, OK?
