MODE of Cosmic Therapy Esoteric Psychology: Recovery is the Discovery to Leave it Alone

If we can appreciate that everything in the universe is composed of and moved by energy, we would also have to concur that this magnanimous mysterious energy vibrates.

Vibration is constant motion of perceived matter.

IF this vibration determines how the state of the so-called matter’s density and frequency is measured and monitored, we must also conclude that like sound, the occurrence of its regularity in various designated patterns (as with elements) institute reliability in the state of transferred chaos. It is through the exchange of energy (attraction, cohesion and repulsion) that life is established and maintained. In other words balance is arbitrarily formed by the opposite action undertaken.

Now, after having said all of that in the entire elementary short diffused chemistry/physics lesson, what is my point?

My point is that in the midst of our seemingly chaotic lives, we are living very much in balance. We spend most of our precious life time seeking to find something we already are in possession of.

We are vibrating to and in and through the essential experiences including all of the circumstances, people, places, things and so-called problems necessary for us to exist. We are not ‘out of line’ out of order or out of chances. We won’t be still enough to completely feel the fragility of our inherent unconquerable strength.

We are always on the look-out for something (a life, relationship, career, friend/family involvements) that are better, newer, shinier, emotionally less complicated, faster to bring desired results, easier, more beneficial, productive, financially rewarding, gratifying and certainly less stressful.

When all of the time we, (as bi-products of the universe) are attracting, bonding, and repulsing exactly what we need. We are so apt to make ourselves busy, busy, and busy to the point of exhaustion simply to avoid the real essence of our core filled lives.

Stillness. It’s found in the vibrating stillness!

We are not meant to flee the premises or seek saviors to come in and rescue us from our aggravating self- deluded tormented domain. There’s nothing to escape from or to or with. Have you ever noticed how fast and loud you speak when you become restless or bored?

Now, why on earth would you imagine that is so? Or how the sound of your own voice seems to reverberate inside your skull when the episodes of worry, doubt, jealousy, competition, fear, or strain enter? Those times are when you have vacated the premises: like Elvis you have left the building. You temporarily vacate the helm of the ship, leaving the bow of the ocean liner (your temple) empty and unattended.

When you vacate the premises, you make it so the highly disruptive emotional troops of unnerving discontent take over.

After which you are tossed to and fro like a capsized vessel on a furiously angry sea. In that moment of anguish, suffering increases, pain exaggerates and confusion escalates to the point of irreparable harmful damage. You know perfectly well what I’m talking about.

But, how do we stop this unintentional chain reaction of involuntary knee-jerk motions of the foul mouth, bad temper, bruised ego and spiky attitudes? Pause. Refrain from any movement in the direction of our normally conducted reactions.

We are all tired of chattering like incessant magpies with absolutely nothing of value to contribute.

But we continue running on like a wild uncontrolled noisy chainsaw left abandoned on the ground whose throttle has been jammed! It will eventually shut off once the fuel is gone. WE too are using our sacred fuel in meaningless confrontations, belligerent accusations, competitive demonstrations, and deceitful manipulations.

No need for such derailed drama; it’s never a pretty sight.

The thing is we say we want something we don’t need or desire. We want reassurance. We want someone to come along and tell us everything is going to alright, work out, get better, set us free us from our harrowing plight. Bull shit!

We are vibrating completely in unison with our delegated situation or we wouldn’t be in it.

Of course; we are not allowed to know for what reasons we are engaged in the various encounters, relationships, involvements, circumstances and/or events but you can bet your last dollar with the worst bookie and you’ll still win that the reasons you ascribe are NOT the ones holding you in place.

Two admonitions: Stop running; stop hiding. We are all recovering addicts; self-induced drama addicts. We love it. We create it. We thrive on it. It makes us feel so special.

We want so desperately to believe the world will not keep on spinning as harmonically beautifully without us but it does keep right on VIBRATING effortlessly. We are not IMPORTANT except to ourselves and that vain importance is short lived.

Just try to fix something that’s not cosmically broken, (people, relationships, circumstances, and finances) and the universe will strip the significance of our self-intoxication quickly.

Recovery is the discovery that there is nothing to be fixed.

[Nothing to get together, break up, nothing to smooth out, stir up, nothing to resolve or remove] Everything is exactly and precisely as it is supposed to be for reasons we can’t see!

No one is to blame for our heartache. The scenario vibrates perfectly in tune with the esoteric song written for you by you. Surely, you remember the distinctive words and melody of refrain.

No other monetarily created self-inflicted condition would support the dramatic illusion you have so cleverly established for yourself. Are you convinced yet? Do you still believe somebody has set you up for your pathetic demise?

Are you so doggedly determined to show that you are being unappreciated and undervalued, overlooked and taken for granted? Why are you so ‘special’ to be singled out?

Hold on a spurious minute while I cry you a bucket of insidious tears.

Whatever it is you believe of yourself as worthy to be praised or dubiously insulted at this moment must be shattered to smithereens. How are you doing with your ingeniously camouflaged ego-based hope-filled ‘self-seeking satisfaction’ inventive relationship projects?

Keep trying; take it down a notch or two…
