How to make it better

  • Appreciate your self. There is a sensitive person when they judge by other people. And they felt the critical is as a punishment. They just need self introspection. Don't worry when other people laughing you. When we think that it is good for us, all the frightened will disappear.
  • Try to keep "healthy". Avoid kind of stress by exercise, massage, meditation, or talk the problem with friend or family.
  • Better seeking the improvement than chasing the perfection. When we chasing the perfection we have to ready accept the frustrated and disappointment. While, improvement better easier done than chasing the perfection which we actually don't know the end. Try to fix something in life little by little. Achieve somethings requires a process, change, improvement, growth and efforts to move forward. Nobody is perfect !

Perfect is good

Perfect means completely, not defective, finished with the best result, The fact is difficult to find the perfectness. The Two of the most perfect diamond in the world will not be exactly the same. Shakespeare said, " There is nothing good or bad, but thinking makes it so" It back to us. It depend our thinking .
