Glowing Milk Jug Ghosts

Ok here is a real cheap way to make a cool glowing decoration for your Halloween

You will need these items:

  • Get some one gal milk containers
  • Small white trash bags
  • Black permanent markers
  • Scissors
  • Glow sticks or Christmas lights

Using your scissors cut out the back bottom back of the milk carton under the handle just enough for an opening to be there. Draw a face on the front side with your marker. Place the lights inside and cover the carton with a plastic bag with the corner sticking up at the top.

Place these around your house or in the window facing the street and watch them glow! These are great fun to make as a family or as a personal project.

You will need these items:

  • Round river rocks (dollar store item for a bag)
  • Glue-gun and glue sticks
  • Pipe cleaning wires (craft store)
  • Googly eyes (craft store)
  • Black paint and other cheap paints

Using you black paint, paint the body of the rock black. Using your glue gun place and glue the pipe cleaners under the body of the rock. Glue your eyes onto the rock. You can then paint designs on the rock or place glue bumps around the back of the rock.

We place them around our house in places and even take small ones and hang them on the walls. It's real fun!
