In your life journey, there will be one or more persons who have provided you needed help or influence.  Write a thank you message to them and either deliver it to them or just keep it in your journal.  There are many practical reasons why you may or may not want to deliver the message and it is entirely up to you.

Section 2 of 2. Krav Maga Arms and chest, exercise 4, Hammerfist punch

The hammerfist punch is used to strike an attacker at an intermediate range.  Click below for a demonstration.  This exercise works the chest and shoulders.  Perform 20 repetitions on each arm.
