Another mood-boosting happiness intervention is to learn to forgive those who have wronged you.  There are many ways to signal your forgiveness.  As a symbolic gesture, you can simply write a letter of forgiveness and either deliver it or keep it in your journal.  Holding resentment has been known to raise blood pressure and is a feature of several personality disorders.

Section 2 of 2. Krav Maga Arms and Chest, Vertical Elbow Strikes
