Monday Morning Fear

Today morning when i was coming to work i saw everyone so quite in the Train that i really felt like asking them is everything okay with you all. But i didn’t had enough courage to ask the question which was in my mind. But after reaching work i shared the question with my colleague, and then she answered my question saying the reason behind such a gestures is that no one feel like waking up from bed after two days of holiday which thus upset majority of people.

I was not too shocked to hearing this answer because I personally hate Monday mornings as well, because after weekend full of fun, joy and luxury; Monday morning is the day when you back in your daily routine, which is full of responsibilities and duties.

As we all know life is moving faster than the speed of heart beat pumping in our heart. Which is thus the reason of having a busy Monday morning , for which majority of people don’t feel themselves prepared .

But I would like to share Optimistic way of looking to Monday mornings,Don’t feel it as old blue every week. Rather, feel it differently as Monday morning is the only day in week when you can be planned ahead in the morning for your Schedule of week. And also your planning can help you to set your Goals which you just have to follow rest of the week to attain your Aim. Not only this it is first day of week which will decrease one day of week to have your weekend closer and also it will help us to step up higher every day in Life. Not only this Monday mornings brings targets to achieve which help us attain our ultimate Goal of Life.

Monday for few people is like a challenge. I would suggest them the lines below: written by Bethothen;

We all get faced with challenges and difficult times in our lives. You know… we get fearful and I think fear is something that can hold us back. Fear that we’re not going to accomplish what we want to accomplish or just fear of what other people are going to think of us. And, I think that’s something you just need to push to the side and just go for it.”

I am quite confident if every word of this hub is read carefully, Monday mornings can turn to be lot easier than they were ever before.

You are very true saying that we should take monday morning with new enthusiasm. No double after long week end our minds starts feeling 'used to holiday feelings'. Monday should be greeted as new beginning so we should add bright colors in monday morning. If there is no compulsion of office dress up, we should choose best dress for monday. Instead of the greys and navys, go for bright colors, that will help to you to rub your blues away. I agree with you that optimistic way is the final solution to cope up with down feelings. We should add one sentence in our monday mornings, " Thanks God, It's monday". We got another opportunity for better week.You have certainly written a wonderful article. Voted up.

This hub has made me remember some years back when my co-workers thought I was a little crazy. I told them I loved Mondays. Monday was a new beginning, it was a chance to "start over". It's like the start of a new year, only it comes more often. The "Monday attitude" is just a frame of mind and you can change it, if you want to. Great hub! Voted up and useful. Mondays can be very stressful. Even if you want to squeeze every bit of night time , it's already morning and you need to go to work. I wrote a hub on how to deal with Monday Morning blues. These are some of my own remedies and some from others as well.
