The Unseen Believing in Christ Without Seeing Christ and Christ Sighted in Clouds and Captured in Photos

In the few short years that Jesus Christ lived, I find it interesting, the unseen was not scientific and yet there are recorded passages to the holy spirit.

Wow - how times have changed! We now live with the unseen daily. We have learned:

  • That television signals are unseen.
  • That the Internet connection are unseen.
  • That satellite is unseen.
  • And that telephones now connect without wires through cell towers!

We have learned about medicine and bacteria and chemicals. We have learned that there is both good and bad bacteria in our body and in the world we live in - both are also unseen.

Not Seen and Yet Have Faith

Just because you can't see God,
Doesn't mean He is not there..
"For we walk by faith, not by sight."

What We Have Learned About the Unseen

And we have also learned that it is the unseen bacteria that can kill.

While we have learned all of this, and yet today many still doubt the existence of God.

I once heard a memorable story/quote to prove that God exists to an agnostic by cooking them a meal and asking if they believed that there was a chef!

Our God is a great God. We now know the earth is not flat, we also now know allot more about the immenseness of this universe we live in.

But have we learned that we have one God for all nations? That all of humanity is connected?

That as humans we share common frailties and strengths of mind, soul and body. Our intellect forms and grows as psychologists always teach us in predictable manners.

Our emotions are universal. In fact our facial expressions to this emotions are universal. And our body is essentially made of cells, bones, blood, and muscle - very similar in make-up, often very diverse in color and form.

I remember in college I had to write a philosophy paper on Eastern and Western Philosophy. I loved the topic and still do! I chose to write the paper on the similarities rather than the differences. And I aced the paper and the class. My grade is not the point here, the point is the fact that we have more items - both macro and micro in nature in common than we want to admit.

Why are we always seeking the difference? Why don't we first look at the similarities? Will the advent of the Internet allow to share our emotions so that we can see our human frailties are identical? Will the advent of the Internet spur further human understanding and lead to world peace?

The unseen has been scientifically proven. The similarities have been scientifically proven. But are we learning yet?

no ear has heard,

Faith Without Visual Proof

Do you have faith even though you have no visual proof?

Jesus in Robes Captured in a Photograph in Clouds

Shortly, after I wrote this hub, the Associate Pastor's wife told me about a photo taken in southern Wisconsin by a friend of hers detailing Jesus in the clouds.

I asked for a copy and today she delivered. I made a photocopy with my little cellular phone and here it is. Even with the copy of a copy, you can clearly see the the outline of Jesus in robes.

Who is Jesus Christ?

"Who Is Jesus Christ?

Christ is exactly like God, who cannot be seen. He is the first-born Son, superior to all creation. Everything was created by Him, everything in heaven and on earth, everything seen and unseen, including all forces and powers, and all rulers and authorities. All things were created by God's Son, and everything was made for Him. (Colossians 1:15-16 CEB)"

See God Today

God is all around us, all we need is to open our eyes to see him. Yes, most of the time he is hidden but he is always with us. Like the veins in our body, the heart that we do not see, God is within us and wants to be part of our lives today.

Take a few moments each day and reach out to God. Listen to praise music, read the Bible, read a devotional book dedicated to the Bible such as Speaking Psalms and keep your eyes open for God is here with us.

Blessings to you and family, may you see God today.

Only few learn from history, rest repeating it. I am so glad for this hub, thank you.

There is fracture on left clavicle and more pathology. :-)

From a great fellow Hubber:

Yes we are leaning yet. I agree with you in many respects but I disagree with many more. What you said TV signal are unseen – that is not to be true because in the vacuum tube by the experiment of discharge phenomena the electron signals are seen, similarly the communication with electron is not truly unseen because by experiment we can detect the electronic signal. It is true that human cells, bone, blood and muscles look alike but actually different in true sense if not why all human beings are not exactly alike. Millions of people of the same country or different country are living in this globe but every individual is different however small that may be. Of course you are right we know a lot of common human activity, we know medicines, bacteria and chemicals and many others but still these are too little in compare to the vastness of the universe. The Great Scientist Newton said our learning is just playing with few pebbles at the sea shore and not at the footsteps of sea even. There lies the greatness of all powerful king of God, the Jesus.

Hi TeamSTM,

Thank you for stopping by. Jesus is a wonder. When I look at the stations of the cross, I wonder who am I? The woman who saw Jesus after death who did not believe, one of the 11 apostles who saw Jesus after death and did not believe or doubting Thomas who needed to be shown? God will provide whatever proof we need, the only requirement is an open heart to listen to and to call to God for wisdom.

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement - this means a great deal to me. I pray to be able to touch one soul for one slight moment of time.

God is so good, Jesus so wonderful and yet it is our belief or our lack of belief that holds us back.

My mother believed heaven and hell both existed on earth. I don't know about that one but I do know our trust in God has more power than anything else in the universe.
