What about Neanderthals?

Neanderthals: From a Creationist worldview

Next to dinosaurs, Neanderthals are used to further the evolution fairy tale. Nevertheless, we must realize both sides have the same fossils, but we have different worldview from which we view those fossils. We have seen the how far evolution believers will go to support their worldview.

Evolution hall of Shame

We have been conditioned into believing that Neanderthals were these dumb, apelike prehistoric subhuman that if you dare challenges this evolutionary idea you are considered anti science, uneducated, or whatever the new dig is this week.

The lies, fraud an deliberate hoaxes may have exposed, but the ideas and drawings that were unleashed still permeate the evolutionary mind set.

“Neanderthals were often portrayed as very primitive, dumb and apish looking, while modern humans, according to evolution, were more 'refined'. These suppositions were never based on morphology and/or hard science, they were based on slanting the data to fit preconceived notions of how early man was supposed to look. As any forensic practitioner knows, it is IMPOSSIBLE, from a skeleton, to identify; extent of hair covering, hair color, nose shape, lip shape, skin color and race. Often is not even possible to properly identify the sex of the individual. What is presented as facts in many of the evolutionary "proofs", in reality are the imagination of the artist. Consider that most anthropologists only have fragments of Neanderthal bones to work with. It is very easy to see that their presuppositions can influence their findings.”

“Darwin, in his Descent of Man, explains that his objective was to show that there is no fundamental difference between man and higher mammals. According to Darwin, there was a lineal descendant of all the organisms reaching up to man. He emphasized that there were no special creations from God along this lineage but all were connected through gradual evolutionary change. Man was no exception. Evolutionists have a compelling reason to demonstrate an evolutionary link between man and ape."

“When it is announced that an ape-like fossil is found, the news media lavishes uncritical ink and abundance space to the claims generated by the find. Time after time, however, when the original find of a supposed fossil link to man is announced, there follows a debate marked by confusion about what was really found. Historically, for the hopeful evolutionists, it has become a big disappointment.” In other words, BIG media blitz, followed by hushed debate, concluding in a silent retraction, or reclassification, while the layperson is still blinded by the sequins in their eyes.

“The general public is rarely informed of the deep-seated uncertainty about human origins that is reflected in these statements by scientific experts. Instead, we are simply fed the latest version of somebody’s theory, without being told that paleontologists themselves cannot agree over it. And typically, the theory is illustrated with fanciful drawings of cave men, or human actors wearing heavy makeup.” Jonathan Wells, Icons of Evolution: Science and Myth (Regnery Publishing, Washington DC, 2001), p. 225.

Mythical Reconstructions-oh the imaginations of the evolution believers

"Despite some differences in forehead size, brow ridges, posture, etc., there is no reason to doubt that Neanderthals were fully human. There were clearly medical reasons for some of the anatomical differences arthritis, rickets, lack of vitamin D, and nutritional deprivation could cause bone problems that would account for some major differences they are not because Neanderthals were non-humans. Neanderthals living in Ice Age climates certainly would have been susceptible to such problems."

"Rickets is a vitamin D deficiency. People that do not have the proper amount of vitamin D develop rickets, which is a bending and thickening of some of the skeletal bones. The Neanderthal population lived during the Pleistocene Epoch, sometimes called the ice ages. They would spend most of their time in caves. They would tend to wear fur clothing, which covered most of the skin. All of these factors would not allow enough exposure to the sun and would therefore produce rickets. The first Neanderthal skeletons that were analyzed all show features characteristic with rickets. Once again, this is a non-evolutionary explanation for Neanderthal features." Ivanhoe, F. Was Virchow Right about Neanderthal? Nature. 227:578

“Neanderthal was just as human as us, and his stooped appearance was because of arthritis and rickets. Neanderthals are now recognized as skilled hunters, believers in an after-life, and even skilled surgeons, as seen in one skeleton whose withered right arm had been amputated above the elbow.” (source: "Upgrading Neanderthal Man", Time Magazine, May 17, 1971, Vol. 97, No. 20)

Worldview and Conclusions

There are no ape-men. All those half-ape, half-man ape-men and man-apes, are imaginary monsters created by the fiendish mind of the God deniers and promulgated by men. The theory of "the descent of man," is currently taught as gospel truth and historical fact by most of today's "educators”, sadly. Our kids are being indoctrinated 35 hours a week in public school on what to think, not how to think critically.

“Neanderthals are/were a direct descendant of Adam and Eve. They were fully human and a products of their environment (Ice Age). Neanderthals were hardly inferior to the modern human. They simply did not have advanced technology as we know it today. Neanderthals were larger brained, more muscular, extremely strong, and longer-lived than modern man. When we consider ALL the facts we can see the complete picture, and it shows us that Neanderthals were not as primitive as evolutionists would like us to believe. Biblical creationists believe there were never any “sub humans.” Neanderthals were just one more group of people who split off after the Tower of Babel. It takes more faith to believe in the myth evolutionism and more faith to believe this incredible, fictitious, ever changing, fairy tale of man's origins than it does to accept God's simple, beautiful, inspired explanation in His Word!”

It is lovely to see modern science confirming Biblical truth. So sad its so top secret when it does.

"The general public is rarely informed of the deep-seated uncertainty about human origins that is reflected in these statements by scientific experts."

What's really sad though Spiderpam is that the secularists even after being presented this opportunity to view your hub will likely not jump over here and give it the time it deserves.

I certainly enjoyed it though. Watched every video too. Thank you so much for taking the time to gather all of the information and put it together for us in this comprehensive way. It's ahome run for Gods truth!

C of A, Thanks for dropping by and for defending Gods' truth on James's hub. Your uplifting words are a comfort.

Thank you for this fantastic Hub! The videos are outstanding. I tuned in to all of them. The one about Lucy is particularly damning. I didn't know those few bones were all they had to work with. That certainly explains much. Great work!

I think that most learned people now accept that, if dressed appropriately, a Neanderthal could sit on a train and receive little attention.

He was a human, but not like us ~ not exactly. We are homo sapiens sapiens and he was homo sapiens neanderthalensis. There is some debate about whether the two could interbreed ~ some people even think that there may be Neanderthal DNA in living people of the world today.

If we have been 'conditioned into believing that Neanderthals were these dumb, apelike prehistoric subhuman' beings, it was only through ignorance.

There are educational and scientific advances all the time and these conclusions were made quite a long time ago. They are not generally believed now.

Neanderthals were related to us, but, though they may not have been the beasts that people once thought they were, they were/are not exactly the same as us.

Even if one believes in 'Genesis', I think that it must be impossible to state, with any authority, that 'Neanderthals are/were a direct descendant of Adam and Eve.'???

"He was a human, but not like us ~ not exactly"

Says who? You only say that because of your evolutionary worldview.

Did you even read the links, because ALL of your remarks were answered from the creationist interpretation. If a person takes Genesis as written, they must conclude man is a special creation and we all reproduced after our kind. Neanderthal are of humankind, post flood, during the Ice Age. Merry Christmas!

So what? Pit bulls and wolves have differences, but they are both part of the dog kind.

Yes, and humans and Chimpanzees have differences, but they are still closely related and still share ancestors.

Merry Christmas to you :)

"Humans and Chimpanzees..."

Differences? Try we are two separate population/kinds, of creatures with a common designer. There is no proof of common ancestry. None, just bones put together to tell a story already presumed true, circular reasoning.

I remember when I was in school and all of the little "discoveries" in museums and all of the continuing evidence of the factual evolution. Well it is wonderful to know that all my doubts were right. All of it was lies and the lies continue. God will have the last laugh when He comes in glory to get us. They will be proven fools. Love ya Pammy my sister.

Excellent hub! I'm glad I found you. BTW, when people claim that we are closely related to chimps and other apes, they're just degrading themselves. I have more in common with my cat than any darn ape. I like to tell evolutionists that somewhere through time cats and dogs surpassed apes regarding intelligence and that these animals chose us to be their masters. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!

Those who make the claim that humans and chimpanzees share 98% of the same DNA should really check into the evidence behind their claim. As long as they insist on doing so, they discredit their own position. What happened to objectivity and the critical thinking process? That kind of bias only serves to mitigate the investigative process in lieu of pre-conceived conlusions. Isn't that how they think creationists operate? Ironic - -unless you believe Romans 1:22?
